			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As many of you know when I am not at Neospektiv or building homes, most of my time is spent building relationships with area businesses that I think you will truly love.</p>
<p>Today I found one such gem.  I have wanted to stop in at Exposure Rock Gym for some time now (for both myself and to gain some insight for our clients).   For those of you that have never tried indoor rock climbing, I strongly encourage you to do so.  It is an incredible workout and more importantly it is a blast!<span id="more-188"></span></p>
<p>At Exposure Rock Gym I met Chris LaCrasto &#8211; one of their route setters and instructors.  He was extremely personable and knowledgeable about climbing.  He took some time to show me around and tell me about their gym.  They have numerous top rope routes and tons of bouldering walls.  Their gym is impeccably clean and well kept.  I must say it is very impressive!  I definitely will be bringing my family back to have some fun climbing.</p>
<p>I highly encourage you to stop by and see what indoor climbing is all about. Round up a couple of your friends and get a great workout in at Exposure Indoor Rock Climbing.  I promise you you will have a blast!</p>

Also, the study group seemed to have more energy and less muscle soreness 24 hours after the study than the placebo group.</p>
<p>In conclusion, a carbohydrate/protein supplement would be recommended  for all athletes looking to reduce muscle soreness. This would reduce  the recovery time and allow the athlete to return to training faster.</p>
