Thrive Boot Camp is all about YOU! Neospektiv Fitness Concepts has created a fitness program that stresses self esteem while accelerating skill development and fitness in a supportive group environment. This is not a para-military experience! Nobody will yell at you; however, we will be supportive and give you the encouragement you need to achieve your fitness goals!

If you want to tone up your muscles, lose stubborn body fat, increase your energy levels and jump start your metabolism all while having fun – Thrive Boot Camp is the place for you.

There is no fancy equipment to learn, no crowded gym parking lots, and no intimidating weight lifters. Just people working together for the common goal of living a healthier lifestyle. Everyone will be challenged differently at his or her own level.

All that is required is a positive attitude and a desire to improve one’s level of fitness.

What to Expect from Class

You can expect to have fun and motivating workout that will challenge you and help you to meet your fitness goals. Your workouts will vary from session to session but they will include flexibility training, cardio, resistance training, core training, plyometrics, and speed, agility and quickness training. You will also gain self esteem, learn what you are capable of, increase energy, lose weight, and just feel good about yourself.

We will motivate and coach you through a variety of exercises including those with kettlebells, dumbbells, free weights, machines, medicine balls, stability balls, BOSU, and many others. We promise to keep boot camp new and exciting!

First – If you are unhappy with Thrive Boot Camp for any reason, Neospektiv will refund 100% of your money at any time during your first session.

Second – If you workout with Thrive Boot Camp for one full year (12 consecutive sessions) and get down to your desired weight and physical appearance, if at any time there after you put the weight back on, you can come back to Thrive Boot Camp (at no charge) until you get your body to where you want it again.
