Grilled Lemon Salmon

Here is another tasty dish you can whip up for healthy dinner.

Makes 4 servings.

4 – 5 oz. salmon steaks
Juice from 2 lemons
2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. ground black pepper
Butter flavored nonstick cooking spray

Grill, sear, or smoke salmon. Combine parsley and lemon juice and drizzle over salmon.  Serve with candied carrots.
